Overview

About HDPE PE100 Pipe Grade

Bimodal PE100 pipe compound with excellent slow-crack-growth resistance for water and gas pressure pipe. Supplied from qualified regional producers with the producer’s certificate of analysis for every lot.

Available as black compound granules in 25 kg bags · palletised, 1,375 kg per pallet. Grade matching, samples and third-party inspection can be arranged on request.

Key features

  • Outstanding ESCR

High environmental stress-crack resistance for a long service life in buried and pressure pipe.

  • Resistance to SCG & RCP

Resists slow crack growth and rapid crack propagation, so small defects do not turn into leaks.

  • Long-term pressure service

Suited to water and gas pressure pipe designed for decades of continuous service.

  • Good weldability

Consistent melt behaviour for reliable butt-fusion and electrofusion joints.

  • Low sag, stable extrusion

Holds its shape in thick-walled pipe and runs steadily at high output.

  • Consistent lot quality

Every lot ships with the producer's certificate of analysis; third-party inspection on request.
