For packed products the minimum is usually one 20 ft or 40 ft container, depending on the product. Bulk liquids and fertilizers are quoted per parcel; smaller trial lots can sometimes be arranged.

Most requests receive an indicative offer within one business day and a firm offer once grade, quantity, destination and Incoterm are confirmed.

For many polymer and chemical grades we can arrange samples or trial quantities. Sample availability depends on the producer and the product's hazard class.

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the producer's certificate of analysis. Inspection certificates, insurance and MSDS are added as required.

Yes. SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas can inspect quality and quantity at loading. The cost is quoted separately or included in the offer on request.

No. Product pages show typical values for guidance. The contractual specification is agreed in the sales contract and confirmed by the COA of each lot.

FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP are standard; EXW or FCA can be offered for selected products. We confirm the named port or place in every offer.

Irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or T/T with an advance and balance against documents. Terms depend on product, volume and trading history.

Typically two to four weeks from confirmed order to loading, plus transit time to your port. Bulk parcels follow the producer's loading programme.
